The TudásHíd Fazekas Career Orientation Day was created to establish direct connections between high school students and respected professionals and executives from various fields.
The event – which engaged over 500 students in a single day – offered an inspiring example of how to build living connections between the next generation and the professional community with real-world experience.

Throughout the day, 40 thematic presentations, 2 interactive workshops, and a large-scale networking event took place, giving students first-hand insights into fields such as finance, entrepreneurship, natural sciences, higher education, event organization, and psychology.

One of the highlights was the small-group networking session, where participants met with senior professionals in groups of 4–5. During the 10-minute rotational discussions, students could directly ask questions and receive personal advice from leaders such as:
- Márton Galambos, CEO of Forbes Hungary
- Dr. Judit Zolnay, former CEO of MetLife
- Balázs Szabó, Deputy CEO of CIB Bank
- Dr. István Máté-Tóth, Deputy CEO of the Budapest Stock Exchange
- Gábor Szabó, Editor-in-Chief of Eurosport
